Teams and Youth Classes
Mondays and Wednesdays 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Ages 11-18 This climbing team is perfect for motivated, committed youth climbers. Team members will receive quality coaching and learn advanced climbing technique along with physical conditioning. The focus will be on teaching young climbers to become confident, respectful, and ethical. Competition participation, including travel, is encouraged but not required. Travel and competition fees not included.

Wild Things


Teams and Youth Classes
Thursdays 4:30pm - 5:30pm

Ages 4-6 This semi-structured interactive movement class will get little climbers started on the right foot! Climbers will participate in climbing and creative play with a focus on coordination, motor development, listening skills, and having fun! Practices on Thursday 4:30-5:30

Team Member Recommendations
  • Wild Things must able to use the restroom alone or be accompanied by a parent
  • Wild Things must be able to fit safely in our smallest size children's harness (staff will verify on first practice)
  • Wild Things must be able to play nicely with others, listen, and follow directions (for the most part! 😉 )

Kari is a yoga instructor who specializes in children’s yoga! Let her guide your entire family through a fun, playful class perfect for all ages and abilities. Parents welcome!

Climbing 101


Adult Classes and Ropes
Wednesdays 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Signup must be at least 1 day in advance

This course is perfect for new climbers! It offers an in depth introduction to the facility, including the use of auto-belays, bouldering, fundamentals of climbing, top rope climbing, and top rope belay technique.

  • Participant Age: 14+
  • Max Instructor/Student Ratio: 1:6
  • Includes: Rental gear for the class and a 1 week unlimited Premium Membership

Adult Team

Tuesdays and Fridays

A team that trains together sends together!

This team meets twice per week and is focused on the improvement of climbing strength, technique and all around ability utilizing a structured documentation approach to ensure the highest level of individualized performance. It’s also a great way to jump in and meet people, while doing what you love!

  • $45 a month (one practice a week, you pick)
  • $70 a month (includes both Tuesday and Friday practices)
  • $15 drop ins (no pre-registration required)
  • $10 drop in if you already pay for the $45 a month.

Climber’s Yoga


Perfect as a warm up or cool down, the goal of this class is to improve your climbing performance. The focus will be on increasing flexibility in typical climber trouble areas as well as balancing out the body, which will help in preventing injury. You will also learn breathing techniques that can be used on the wall to create a calm, clear mind.
