VinYin Yoga


Fridays

This class is perfect for your pre-climb warm up or post-climb cool down, and is always restorative and fun. This is a combination of both Vinyasa and Yin, so you can have the best of both worlds. In this class you can expect a mixture of flowing movement guided by the breath coupled with deep stretch. During flows you can expect to create heat which is then followed by relaxing poses held for 3-5 minutes.

Slow Flow Yoga

Get your flow on with Kari! This class is perfect for all levels, but is especially good for newbies to yoga. Gentle, relaxed, and easily tailored to you!

Mondays and Wednesdays 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Ages 11-18 This climbing team is perfect for motivated, committed youth climbers. Team members will receive quality coaching and learn advanced climbing technique along with physical conditioning. The focus will be on teaching young climbers to become confident, respectful, and ethical. Competition participation, including travel, is encouraged but not required. Travel and competition fees not included.

Includes:
  • 4 hours per week of instruction per week
  • Unlimited climbing
  • Unlimited yoga
  • Free rentals while in class
  • 20% off rentals while not in class
  • 20% off gear shop
  • 20% off private training -1 free first time guest per month + rentals
  • Parents or siblings can climb for $5.50 during class
Team Member Recommendations:
  • Personal climbing shoes, harness, chalk bag, and belay device
  • Attendance at team practices every week and at least one gym climbing session outside of practice

Little Monkeys

Ages 7-10 Young climbers will learn fundamental climbing technique, teamwork, and work ethic while working with an experienced climbing coach in a fun, positive environment.

Climber’s Yoga


Tuesdays

Perfect as a warm up or cool down, the goal of this class is to improve your climbing performance. The focus will be on increasing flexibility in typical climber trouble areas as well as balancing out the body, which will help in preventing injury. You will also learn breathing techniques that can be used on the wall to create a calm, clear mind.

Ashtanga Half Primary


Wednesdays

The traditional method of Ashtanga yoga works both flexibility and strength in a dynamic series of poses. In this class, we focus on the first half of the primary series allowing for time to go in depth into each asana turn out attention inward.

Class is 60 minutes.
