Intro to Ashtanga

The traditional practice of Ashtanga yoga works both flexibility and strength in a dynamic series of poses. In this class, we focus on the first half of the primary series allowing for time to go in depth into each asana and turn the attention inward to still the mind.

This class is led by Ashtanga practitioner, Jamie.
