Birthday parties and group climbing must be scheduled and paid to reserve your spot at least one week in advance

Party & Group Booking:
Attention, please be aware:
1: Participants should arrive no later than 10 minutes before the start of the party to check-in.
2: We provide tables and chairs in the party room. If you would like decorations, please bring your own and plan on arriving no earlier than 15 minutes to set-up before the start of the party to check-in.
3: Birthday party includes one hour of climbing followed by a 30 minute break in the Party room for cake, presents, etc., a total of 1.5 hours. Party will conclude
4: Please clean up after your party. Used paper plates, napkins, cups, cake crumbs, etc., must be thrown in the trash.
5: All rental climbing equipment must be returned to the front desk in the bins when party concludes.
6: Adults may provide belays for the party guests, ONLY if they receive a Belay certification from a Zenith Employee prior to the day of the party. Certification will not be provided DAY-OF party.
7: All participants MUST fill-out a waiver online prior to the day of the party.
8: All participants MUST follow the rules or climbing privileges may be revoked. So that staff can focus on belaying and ensuring the safety of participants actively climbing, we ask that parents and/or party organizers help keep the party under control and enforce the rules outlined by the instructor.
