Cancellation Policy

We'd hate to see you go, but if you do need to cancel, we want it to be pain-free. That means once you sign up, you'll be charged a pro-rated due, then the next month's dues will be auto-withdrawn on the 1st of the following month. After that, there is no minimum number of months, sign up fees, or cancellation fees. Just fill out the cancelation form in-person before the 1st of the next month and we'll get you cancelled and removed from auto-pay. Unfortunately we can't make refunds if you don't use your membership, or cancel part-way through the month, so just be sure to get ahold of us to cancel before the 1st!
