Heated Core is designed with the intention of strengthening and toning your total core. This class will be set in a middle-ground between uber-sweaty, heated classes and non-heated classes by setting temperature to a comfortably warm 75-80 degrees. You can expect an inventive and vigorous flowing of postures guided by deep and steady breath, along with the added ingredient of movements that activate your upper, lower and side abdominal area, as well as incorporating your inner core stabilizers.
